David Shulick : Getting an Early Start

At the age of 21, David Shulick had earned his JD from Temple University and had gone on to become the youngest board member to serve on the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association. For those who are unfamiliar with the organization, the “About Us” section of the PTLA’s official website describes the group as so:

“The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association is an active professional organization comprised of civil and criminal litigation attorneys.  PTLA has been in existence for over 50 years and is the oldest trial lawyer organization in Pennsylvania.  The association is made up of lawyers who are dedicated to the preservation of the American legal system and the protection of the evolution of the common law through the efforts of individual lawyers who are pledged to achieving common goals.

The Association is noted for its educational influence and its goals of helping all lawyers to ultimately serve the interests of their clients in a fair and productive manner.  Accredited as a provider by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board, PTLA sponsors an outstanding Luncheon Lecture Series, as well as the numerous seminars of interest to trial attorneys.

PTLA also promotes legal education through its James J. Manderino Awards for Trial Advocacy which are awarded on a yearly basis to outstanding law school seniors.  PTLA presents an annual award in memory of Justice Michael A. Musmanno to an outstanding citizen who best exemplifies the ideal of the late Justice.

The Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association is an organization that has sought to protect the rights of all individuals, be it in the civil or criminal fields of jurisprudence, and continues to be a growing and vital force in the Philadelphia Community.”

About David Shulick

One of the biggest values fueling David Shulick’s success as a civil litigation lawyer is his strong attention to detail. As someone with a natural inclination to over-achieve, Shulick has made a reputation for himself as a person who can sort out complex litigation matters and isolate the arguments that are most effective in winning the case. He opened his own law firm, Shulick Law Offices, in 1999; and since, he has helped numerous clients get the results they deserve. read more about David Shulick
